Rise in Heart Attacks for Mid-Age People

3 or 4 months ago, my friend said one of his neighbors, a 35-year-old who was living with his family, suddenly collapsed. He said that his neighbor was a sports person and led a healthy life, but he died suddenly of a heart attack. About a month ago in my hometown, a famous doctor in our area who is around 35 to 40 years old and who is also healthy suddenly died, and the reason was a heart attack.

On hearing those, I was afraid because I also belong to the same age group. The recent increase in the incidents of heart attacks among young adults can be attributed to a range of factors like lifestyle changes, environmental factors, genetics, etc. High levels of stress, anxiety, and depression are also contributing factors. People working in the technology sector have high levels of stress, and also they have less physical activity, and these also expose the risk of heart failure. Patients with diabetes have a higher chance of getting heart diseases that increase the risk of getting a heart attack. Hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and it also increases your risk for heart attack. Smoking cigarettes, substance abuse, excessive drinking, obesity are some of the factors with increased heart attack.
